Account registration is handled by Clerk. When you save programme preferences or send an enquiry, the site collects the contact details, country or state, programme interests and message you provide. These are used to manage your account, preferences and enquiries.

Service providers and storage

Vercel hosts this website and stores submitted forms in private storage. Clerk provides authentication. Contact messages may also be delivered by email through FormSubmit. The site uses browser storage for preferences and account interface settings.

Payments

Card checkout uses Authorize.net’s hosted form so card details are entered directly with the payment provider. Verified purchase records and issued ticket numbers are retained to manage purchases and payment enquiries.

Your requests

Contact the network to ask about the information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion. You can clear local browser storage to remove saved preferences from your device.
