Your local ambassador confirms hand-over, and the recipient is published in that country's Winner Circle.

Each country has a named lead who verifies programmes on the ground and confirms every hand-over before it is published.

Recipients appear in the Winner Circle for their country only after delivery has been confirmed — not when a programme closes.
